Lessons for kids

The Red, Orange and Green skill levels correspond to Tennis Canada's recommended Progressive Tennis Program. The Yellow level is the beginner level using full court and regular balls and the Blue level is the more advanced level. Please check this site from Tennis Canada for more details on Progressive Tennis and/or check these YouTube videos:

Junior group lessons (4 to 17 years old):

There will be a maximum of 8 kids per level and age group, however certain age groups may be grouped together if the number of kids enrolled is not suffisiant in that level (there must be a minimum of 3 kids per group). If there is more than 8 kids interested in a level then we will try to create more groups.

For members of the Club, the cost is $30 per session of 8 lessons (25$ for the 4-6 Red Group) or $5 per lessons. For the non-members of the Club, the cost is $8 per lesson (if there is room in the group). The details to become a member of the Club and the other benefits of being a member are listed in the “Members” section on this web site.

Payment for the lessons can be made the same day as the first lesson, however please arrive early enough so that it can all be done before the start time of the lesson.

The Shediac Tennis Club created the "Tennis for all" Fund for families that would require help in paying for the membership and group lessons. The details are listed in the "Tennis for all" Fund on this website.
